Massage and Spa Services Policies
Legacy Spa & Wellness commits to serve with integrity, compassion and excellence. We value our clients and our practitioners alike. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and are in full agreement with our terms and conditions outlined below.
Booking Policy
A credit card is needed to secure your reservation.
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. However, last minute appointments may be available. Payment can be made at the time of appointment by credit card, cash or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any spa reservation canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the credit card on file for the services being charged the full amount of the services reserved.

We reserve a 48 -hour cancellation policy for groups of 3 or more.
Refund Policy
​We do not offer refunds for our services. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will promptly address your concerns. We strive to provide exemplary services to all customers.
Refusal of Services
At Legacy Spa & Wellness, we prioritize the safety of our guests and practitioners. Measures such adequate lighting and appropriate space for services rendered is mandatory. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service if the above-mentioned, requirements are not met; and in such if, the guest will be charged in full for the services booked.
